In Level 4 gymnasts review basic gymnastic and safety skills, while continuing the progression of the Level 2 and 3 skills. Level 4 is the introductory competition level. Gymnasts learn the aspects of competition and self esteem.

Levels 5 and 6 each have their own routines and skills which are required when they compete at meets around the state. Gymnasts qualify for sectional and state championships and strive to achieve the highest all around in which they can then advance to the next level.

Optional Program Levels 7, 8, 9, 10
